I have been a long time customer at this location with all of my vehicles and every experience has been nothing but exemplary. The former manager was always straight forward, fair, and kind with every interaction and he is truly missed. The current manager, Jason, has extended the same straight forwardness, fairness, and kindness to me and I am truly grateful for his excellent service and his compassion for his customers. I trust no other establishment with my vehicles. Thank you Jason and the Aamco mechanics for your wonderful service!

The men did a great job getting me in quickly for an oil change and were helpful with the coupon I had.
First, a little over a year ago, AAMCO replaced the transmission in my mother's 13-year old Honda Accord. They did a wonderful job, and charged fairly for the parts and labor. The transmission is still functioning perfectly.
Presently, she is having some strange problems with the electrical system. These gentlemen spent the better part of a day looking for the problem, checking computer codes and so forth. While they inspected the car, an employee drove her home and then returned to pick her up when they were done. Surprisingly, they found nothing wrong (as did 3 other mechanics), and there was no charge for the inspection!

Probably the best place in town. They serviced my BMW perfectly and quickly. It was almost the same cost to have them do it than if I did it. I thought I should take it to a shop that dealt with BMW's exclusively, but I'm glad I didn't. Definitely coming back to these guys.
I brought my vehicle to AAMCO after the check engine light came on. Mike told me upfront there was no charge for running a diagnostic. He went above and beyond by not only pulling the codes but also performing a full physical inspection of the transmission. During the inspection, he discovered an abnormal amount of metal shavings in the transmission pan, which pointed to a transmission failure. Mike provided photos of his findings to back up his assessment and walked me through multiple options: two different repair routes at different cost points, or trading the vehicle in as-is. Ultimately, I decided to trade the vehicle rather than invest more money into repairs. What stood out most was Mike’s professionalism and honesty—even though I didn’t end up spending a dime with them. He still treated me like a valued customer, kept me fully informed, and even helped me remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the dealership picked it up. Mike’s customer service was top notch. He gave me options, his honest opinion, and the confidence to make the best decision for my situation. I’m grateful he answered the phone that day. Highly recommend!
Replaced transmission
100% recommend this shop! Price was fair to rebuild the transmission on my truck and communication was well beyond what a shop would normally provide. The 5 star is truly based off two main points. First, the evaluation was done a price was set bill was paid. After the evaluation Mike called me and said they missed two items. Usually shops say they need to adjust the bill when making that call. Instead he said the fault is theirs not catching these items during the initial evaluation so the call was only to inform me they found these issues and that I would not be charged more money. Mind blowing I know. Second, with extra repairs and delays my truck was there for a timeframe we had not planned on. My son needed his truck and we were splitting my vehicle between work and his drive to school. I made the shop aware of this situation and again instead of saying sorry and not applying extra effort the shop put in late hours reaching out to me to each time well after closing updating me on any changes. Good shops are impossible to find most reading reviews know this. I would with no hesitation take any vehicle back to this location. Full transparency I do all the work on our vehicles and know cars very well and I had a bad experience with another AAMCO location and refused to let them work on my truck for how I was treated. This location not only convinced me to trust AAMCO but earned a repeat customer should I ever need help. It’s not always the name but the people at a location that can earn your business. Mike and his team are rare and I hope they know I’m grateful for the experience
