I have been a long time customer at this location with all of my vehicles and every experience has been nothing but exemplary. The former manager was always straight forward, fair, and kind with every interaction and he is truly missed. The current manager, Jason, has extended the same straight forwardness, fairness, and kindness to me and I am truly grateful for his excellent service and his compassion for his customers. The men did a great job getting me in quickly for an oil change and were helpful with the coupon I had.
First, a little over a year ago, AAMCO replaced the transmission in my mother's 13-year old Honda Accord. They did a wonderful job, and charged fairly for the parts and labor. The transmission is still functioning perfectly.
Presently, she is having some strange problems with the electrical system. These gentlemen spent the better part of a day looking for the problem, checking computer codes and so forth. While they inspected the car, an employee drove her home and then returned to pick her up when they were done. Surprisingly, they found nothing wrong (as did 3 other mechanics), and there was no charge for the inspection!

Probably the best place in town. They serviced my BMW perfectly and quickly. It was almost the same cost to have them do it than if I did it. I thought I should take it to a shop that dealt with BMW's exclusively, but I'm glad I didn't. Definitely coming back to these guys.
Mike & Daniel took great care our Ford F150. The transmission needed to be rebuilt and we got the best price here! This shop has great customer service and several financing options.

I had my 2010 F-150 rebuilt here after the transmission started slipping and shifting hard. AAMCO Sugar Hill did an awesome job! They rebuilt it, upgraded some parts, and six months later my truck still drives smooth as new. Super happy with the service and definitely recommend these guys
I drive a 2010 Lexus and my transmission went out. I first took it to another shop and was quoted an outrageous price and the mechanic was a bit dismissive. My 2nd call was to AAMCO Sugar Hill. I spoke to Mike (GM) and he walked me through a few questions and said he would take a look at it and run a diagnostic free of charge. I was able to get the car to him and the next day he confirmed what I figured to be true. Transmission was shot. He quoted me a price that was about $600 less and said he could have it back to me in about 3 days. The repair turned into a week. There were a number of cars that he was working on which spoke to the delay and he also wanted to do the job right and not fast--he ran into another complication on the car that was not his fault. The delay was disappointing but never once did Mike duck me, not take time to answer my questions, and was committed to not only doing the job right but also made it 100% right in terms of my inconvenience. He covered my rental for those extra days, gave me an extra year on the warranty of labor/parts for the transmission and threw in an extra repair on my brakes whenever I wanted to bring my Lexus back to him. While the delay in the repair was unfortunate, Mike owned it 100%. He was courteous, transparent, and wanted nothing less than my full satisfaction across the board. I also had the opportunity to view him with other customers when I dropped off my car, went by to check on it, and finally returned to pick it up. Mike was the same with every customer in his shop. He really stands by his work and the Lexus has driven like a dream ever since.
